This was only my second ever visit to The Wellbeing Farm in Bolton and it was a remarkable day filled with love, laughter, and charming touches that made it a standout wedding venue.
The Wellbeing Farm, known for its rustic charm, whimsical decor, and friendly farm animals, creates an unforgettable atmosphere for couples looking to tie the knot in a relaxed, countryside setting.
The day started as I visited Danny at his home. Capturing the pre-wedding excitement with his groomsmen was a great way to kick off the day. This behind-the-scenes look at Danny’s preparation gives a glimpse into the energy and anticipation that build up before the ceremony, adding a personal layer to the day's story.
Afterward, I made my way to The Wellbeing Farm where Stacey, her mum, bridesmaid, and the flower girl were preparing for the big day. The farm's bridal preparation room, known for its vibrant colours and cozy, rustic feel, provided the perfect backdrop for candid, heartwarming photos of the bride and her closest loved ones.
One of the day's highlights was Danny's arrival at The Wellbeing Farm in his beloved classic Mini. This vintage car not only captured my attention but became a centrepiece for many guests and staff as well. It added a dash of personality to the event, setting a fun, lighthearted tone even before the ceremony began.
The wedding ceremony itself was a joyful and intimate affair. Set against the picturesque backdrop of the Lancashire countryside, the ceremony was filled with smiles, laughter, and heartfelt moments that made it truly special. The Wellbeing Farm’s unique setting, with its combination of a rustic farm aesthetic and whimsical decor, provided a cozy yet elegant space for the couple to exchange their vows in front of their closest family and friends.
After the ceremony, the fun continued with the famous Wellbeing Farm llamas, dressed in their signature dickie bows. These friendly animals are one of the farm’s most beloved features, adding a playful and quirky twist to the day. Guests were delighted by the llamas’ presence, which made for some truly memorable photos.
Following the llama encounter, everyone moved indoors for the wedding breakfast. The intimate setting was ideal for a smaller, close-knit gathering, where Danny, Stacey and their guests could enjoy a relaxed meal.
As evening fell, the party atmosphere ramped up with the arrival of additional guests to celebrate with Danny and Stacey. The evening reception transformed the intimate day into a lively, vibrant event, with amazing entertainment provided by Coverbox. The band kept the energy high and the dance floor busy, as guests enjoyed dancing and celebrating into the night.
Overall, the day at The Wellbeing Farm was a beautiful mix of romance, fun, and warmth. The venue’s distinctive charm, from its rustic beauty to the fun addition of llamas, created a wedding that was not only picture-perfect but also full of personality and heart. It was a pleasure to capture these moments, preserving the day’s joy and laughter.
